| What Was it All For?
So what was it all for, the 30 odd years of murder and mayhem, the roadside
bombs that blew up all those young British soldiers, the ambushes that killed
all those RUC men, the postmen and milkmen in isolated areas who were executed
because they were Orange men, the ethnic cleansing of Protestant farmers
along the border, the deadly campaign that turned the North into a wasteland
and destroyed lives in both communities so completely that the families
involved will never recover.
