Fishing in Ireland is a big deal, albeit fly-fishing and otherwise. In short, they say whoever they is that most Irish men love to fish. But what about Irish women? Well, I am one, and truly I would have to say that it is not as if I would not fish. Especially granted wild brown trout are the most plentiful and so therefore the most naturally recommended fish of Ireland. And the most best and highly recommended place to fish and do that extraction of said fish rests upon, according to locals alike the River Boyne near Dublin.
Said desirable edible delectables are golden with blood red spots. And supposedly the best to eat with their beef-red flesh are the trout from Lough Ree on the River Shannon. Of course, it is wonderable whether our Irish protege' of fish tales, below, really caught his wife such dinner or had paid a traditional Irish fisherman to obtain such raw delight. Ne'r the mind though, as if I were his wife, I would bake and ladle my table of such an appetizing treasure. Only a complement to the fact that most Irish men, rest resourceful on every facet of family provision. A true protector, provider on his laurels, our lad here.
